This project is a railway bridge class +2/SW in the framework of the Koralm project.
The supporting framework was designed as steel composite framework. The static system is a continuous beam with 20m+35m+20m. The bridge was built during ongoing railway operation – first the northern part of the thrust bearing and columns incl. steel composite framework, then railway operation was transferred onto the new track, and the southern part of the entire framework construction was built subsequently.
Here the difficult ground mechanical situations must be mentioned – a floating foundation was necessary (large-area vibrating tamper sealing).
